What happens when I buy a ticket online?

On completion of your booking, you will be emailed an e-ticket containing a barcode and booking reference number. You will be required to bring your e-ticket with you to show upon arrival. You may print a copy of your e-ticket or show it on your smartphone. If you don’t have a printer, you can simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number and bring it with you.

I would like to book a ticket for next month but there are no dates showing as available. Why can't I book that far ahead?

As a working college and cathedral areas of Christ Church, such as the Hall and Cathedral, close when they are being used for private events, services, exams or meals. Sometimes closures occur at very short notice but we aim to finalise our opening times one week in advance. Tickets are therefore available to book on a weekly basis and will be released each Friday for the following week.

How many tickets can I book online?

You may buy up to 5 tickets per session. 

How many times can an e-ticket be used?

E-tickets may only be redeemed once. If you have purchased tickets for multiple people in one transaction you will all need to enter together.

What if I am late?

If you are late and miss your entry time we will do our best to accommodate you at the next available opportunity but cannot guarantee entry. 

Do you issue refunds?

Tickets are non-refundable.
