Terms & Conditions
Your commitment to us
When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Christ Church and yourself.
No contract exists between you and Christ Church for the sale of any tickets until we have received and accepted your order and received payment in full. Once cleared funds are received, there is a binding contract between us.
The description and price of all tickets will be shown on the Christ Church website. Prices are in UK Sterling and inclusive of VAT, if applicable. All tickets must be paid for in full at the time of booking. Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice.
To ensure that your online shopping experience is secure, your credit / debit card details will be encrypted on a secure server to minimize the possibility of someone being able to read them as they are sent over the Internet.
Limitation of Liability
Christ Church will not be liable in any amount for failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if such failure is caused by the occurrence of any unseen event beyond its reasonable control including without limitation Internet and Communication outages, fire, flood, war or act of God.
Refunds & Cancellations
Christ Church does not permit tickets to be refunded after purchase unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions related to that specific event.
In the event of a cancelled event Christ Church will not be liable for additional travel or accommodation expenses. All tickets are sold subject to Christ Church’s right to make any alterations in the cast programme or arrangements advertised on Christ Church’s website or elsewhere which are rendered necessary by Christ Church.
Once purchased on-line tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. No ticket may be resold. We reserve the right to refuse entry to late arrivals.
Any discounts or offers on-line are available for limited quantities and periods only and shall not be available on bookings made by phone or in person.
You are entirely responsible for entering your details correctly on the Booking Form. You warrant that all details supplied by you are true and accurate. It is your responsibility to check that the details are accurate. Christ Church cannot take responsibility for errors with your booking once processed.
Where a person makes a booking on behalf of a party, that person accepts these terms and conditions on behalf of all members of the party and is responsible for all payments due from the party.
Booking services with Christ Church are only available to persons who are at least 18 years of age.
The purchase of a ticket entitles the bearer to access the event named, at the time and date stated on the face of the Ticket. Please ensure these details are correct as tickets are not transferable to alternative dates.
All visitors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Online general admission tickets are for the use of individuals and families. Groups should visit the 'groups' section of our website for information about how to make a booking. A maximum of 14 tickets may be purchased per morning and up to 14 per afternoon. It is not permitted to book more than 14 tickets across successive timeslots. Any bookings which follow this pattern will be cancelled and refunded.

Photography is permitted, without tripods, provided this is for personal, non-commercial use. All requests for commercial photography and filming should be submitted to the Treasury (email: email@example.com; tel: 01865 276179) seven working days in advance.
